The same ticket budget can lead to very different evenings. Compare the trip, entry rules and visitor guidance before your group commits to a show. Start with two venues in the same area, or open one guide to prepare for a visit.

Getting there and parking
Parking at the Bowl is limited and stacked. Compare Park & Ride or Bowl Shuttle departures before buying parking. Metro's B Line stops at Hollywood/Highland; check the Bowl's directions for the shuttle connection. Rideshare pickup and drop-off is in Lot C at 6655 Odin Street.
Bags do not have to be clear. Bags and picnic containers must fit under your seat and be no larger than 15 inches wide, 15 inches high and 22 inches long. You may bring food. Outside alcohol is allowed at LA Phil-presented events, but prohibited at lease events marked 'Special House Rules Apply.' Check your show's rules before packing drinks.
The Bowl offers accessible seating, wheelchair escorts and electric cart assistance. Accessible parking is in Lot B, and Park & Ride routes use accessible buses. Contact Accessibility Services before your visit to discuss seating and arrival arrangements; wheelchair escorts are available on a first-come basis.
Reserve Kia Forum parking through the venue before setting out, and check the event page for arrival instructions. The Forum offers onsite parking and encourages carpooling, rideshare and public transport. Keep the parking confirmation separate from your concert ticket so both are ready at the appropriate entrance.
The Forum permits clear bags and small non-clear clutches within its published size limits, with exceptions for medical and diaper bags. All event tickets are mobile; screenshots and printouts are not accepted. Open your actual ticket before joining the entry queue, and check the show page for additional restrictions.
Wheelchair, aisle-transfer and semi-ambulatory seating can be purchased through Ticketmaster. Contact Guest Relations before buying if you need help choosing a location or arranging companion seating. Requests for signed performances need advance notice, so make that enquiry when you book rather than on arrival.
A convenient arrival does not guarantee an easy departure. Check the return service or pickup point, then decide whether everyone can use the same route. If the finish time is unknown, leave your return plan flexible instead of treating the listed start time as a complete schedule.
2. Compare the whole evening’s cost
Put the final ticket checkout total beside transport, parking and food for each option. Divide shared costs by the number of people actually sharing them. A lower ticket price may leave less room for dinner once the trip is included; use your group’s total budget to make the choice.
3. Settle entry needs as a group
Agree on what to bring and who holds each mobile ticket before leaving. A venue’s general bag policy may have event-specific exceptions. If seating, step-free arrival or sensory support matters to someone in your group, confirm those arrangements before choosing tickets.
