Plan your visit to Climate Pledge Arena
Check your event's entry rules before you leave. Venue policies can change.
Activate the transit pass that comes with your ticket
Tickets to publicly ticketed arena events include a transit pass accessed through the Kraken + Climate Pledge Arena app. Set it up before leaving home. The pass also works on the Seattle Center Monorail, which connects downtown with Seattle Center; check the published pass time window and your return connection.
Climate Pledge Arena transportationChoose the correct bag-screening line
The arena permits one bag within its published limit or a small clutch. Bags larger than a clutch, including clear, medical and parenting bags, must go through X-ray screening at designated entry lines. Leave time for that process and check the event page for additional restrictions, particularly for floor tickets.
Climate Pledge Arena bag and entry guideWater bottles and floor tickets
Empty reusable non-glass water bottles up to 32 ounces are permitted under the standard arena policy. Some events restrict personal bottles on the floor, so check your show's instructions before bringing one. If you need help reaching your seat, ask staff about the arena's wheelchair transport service at entry.
