Plan your visit to Intuit Dome
Check your event's entry rules before you leave. Venue policies can change.
Set up entry before reaching the arena
Download the Intuit Dome app, create your account and confirm your ticket is linked. Entry uses either an optional GameFace ID or an Identity Pass saved to your phone wallet. You can choose the Identity Pass without enrolling in GameFace; have it ready to tap at the entrance.

Transfer or assign tickets to the people attending with you in advance. For children or guests who need assistance, use a Teammate account. Guests without a smartphone can also ask the Answers Portal near the entry about a wristband, so leave time for setup if this applies to your party.
Intuit Dome ticket and account FAQParking needs advance setup too
To guarantee access to an arena garage, purchase the parking pass and complete your Vehicle Profile before the event. Do not assume that having an event ticket reserves parking. Check the garage instructions and event door time when deciding when to arrive; concert door times can vary.
Intuit Dome parking preparationSmall bags and medical exceptions
Intuit Dome permits personal clutches, including clear bags, up to 10 by 6 by 2 inches. Medical and childcare bags have a separate allowance and need X-ray screening. Check the event's additional restrictions before packing, especially if you are bringing camera equipment or supplies for a child.
