Plan your visit to United Center
Check your event's entry rules before you leave. Venue policies can change.
Coordinate rideshare at the designated zone
The United Center's Uber Zone is in Lot E at Madison and Wood Streets. Agree on that meeting point before the event instead of requesting a car at whichever gate you exit. If driving, check the official lot map; accessible parking is in Lot C via Warren Boulevard.
United Center arrival FAQSmall bags and storage
Small personal bags are permitted up to 10 by 6 by 2 inches; backpacks are not. Required medical equipment has separate exceptions. Binbox lockers are at the Uber Zone near Madison and Wood, so allow an extra stop if arriving with a bag that does not meet the arena policy.
United Center bags and lockersRequest sensory or mobility assistance
Guest Relations at Gates 2 and 6 can help with sensory bags, and the Gate 2 booth can arrange access to the sensory room. Wheelchair escorts are also available. Contact the arena before buying accessible seats or requesting an interpreter so arrangements can be made before event day.
